DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Familiar with employment and advertising agencies for recruitment and selection with best match of job descriptions and qualifications. Negotiate with agencies for service fee, online employment service availability for long-term use and cost effectiveness. Assist HR & Admin to update and prepare annual headcount report and organization chart. Develop standard contract/agreement for overseas and local workers. Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in local languages and also good writing skills. Possess meticulous, detailed and well-organized skills to meet deadlines and able to work independently. Proficient in computer software application specifically with MS Excel and numerically inclined.

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:



Min Qualification: Degree/Diploma Human Resources Management/ Business Administration Min Experience: 1 years relevant experience in HR & Administration proficiency
