About the role:
As a HRBP, you will be a key member of the People Department. You\'ll help drive growth for the Malaysia team, cultivate relationships and develop talent programs. This includes HR initiatives and programs for a defined geographic region/account including workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, training and development and legal compliance.
Duties and responsibilities:
- You will be working in a matrixed organization where solutions-oriented approach is critical for success.
- Be a trusted HR advisor for managers through the implementation and interpretation of policies and programs.
- Manage IR and Employee Engagement matters.
- Be able to link the overall HR strategy to business plans for all lines of businesses.
- Consult leadership on organizational design, alignment and change management, develop and identify high potentials.
- Support to deploy company surveys and tools.
- A minimum of 8 years experience as a HR Generalist or HRBP
- Experience working in MNCs and in a matrix organization would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills is crucial for this role
