An HR Business Partner (Healthcare) job has become available at a well-known organisation based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

About the HR Business Partner (Healthcare) Role:
You will provide HR support in deployment of the people strategy and plan and deliver HR strategy to meet the overall objectives of the commercial business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and foster strong business relationships with the business unit whilst actively identifying gaps and proposing and implementing changes to mitigate and minimise people-related risks
• Lead key HR processes in support of the organisations talent agenda including talent review, performance management and succession planning
• Develop and execute an effective recruitment strategy to ensure that all budgeted and planned positions are filled with the right talent
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Work closely with management and employees to drive initiatives that increase engagement, retention and productivity

To succeed in this HR Business Partner (Healthcare) role, you will need to have strong data analytical skills with ability to manage stakeholders to weigh in on strategic decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree
• Six to eight years experience in HR
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu language
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Effective in managing conflict and resolving problems
• Experience from the healthcare/service industry is an added advantage
