About the role The role will be an integral member of Malaysia HRBP and Integrated Operations (IO) Site Leadership team, responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth by ensuring Kerry has the right leadership, talent, capabilities and clarity required for the successful execution of our strategy. As an HR leader, you will partner closely with business and function leaders and their direct reports, to ensure full implementation of Best in Class HR, deliver effectively day to day people agenda and shape Kerry culture that is aligned and consistent with global and regional operating model, leveraging COE and GBS HR and Site Services Team for effective HR service delivery and accelerating our best-in-class HR journey in Malaysia. Key responsibilities Organizational Effectiveness: Lead execution of organizational effectiveness priorities and initiatives in line with business strategy and plans Responsible for the people and organization-design related aspects of change programmes Monitor and interpret key indicators of organizational effectiveness and ensure plans are in place to course-correct as needed Coach & partner with business leaders on their role in leading organizational effectiveness Support the site in delivering high performance and meeting key performance indicator Leadership & Talent: Aligned with business strategy, deliver talent priorities which includes coaching people leaders in talent planning, talent identification, talent pipelines, organizational planning and performance Partner with COEs in driving effectiveness of people leader skill and leadership competencies Partner with talent acquisition team in strategic resourcing requirements, work with leaders to validate open roles, coaching and challenging where necessary on requirements for new or replacement roles. Participate in the assessment and selection process for critical / key leadership role Reward: Leverage Reward Programs to drive business performance and employee engagement which includes compensation, benefit and recognition Partner with Reward COE on appropriate solutions to address business need Consult, partner, coach Business Leaders regarding decisions on Total Reward Provide business insights to influence Reward COE strategy Employee Support & Employee Experience A people champion who understands people needs from all level Partner with and coach people leaders and Unions in building and maintaining an inclusive work environment Coach & Support People Leaders on the execution of ourVoice (Employee Survey) Engagement Plans Ensure compliance to people standards, including employee relation, social compliance and labour standards, develop action plans to remediate issues in a timely manner Provide subject matter expertise in addressing complex Employee Relations issues in line with our service delivery model Partner with COE and GBS in driving excellent employee experience Manage day to day people related activities and may require to take on special project to support site or regional initiatives What do I need to be successful In Kerry, we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. Experienced influencer in managing key stakeholders in complex situations Agile in matrix organization and collaborate well across all level and functions Application of change management Analytical and technology savvy Courage to work or challenge senior stakeholder Qualifications, Skills and Experience You will have: Experience in partnering with business leaders in a HR capacity for at least 5 years as HR Business Partner or HR Manager Level in a Manufacturing Experience Ideally experience in MNC with vast exposure to \'best-in-class\' HR practices and experience in Industrial Relations Excellent English and Malay skills - written and spoken.
