Responsibilities: * Responsible as the HR Business Partner playing the role as a strategic business partner undertaking the whole HR Spectrum.

• Act as HR representative and coordinator for the company\xe2\x80\x99s Sustainability Program for HR Department.
• Develop and implement policies, programs and guidelines related to Employee Relations.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events such as teambuilding and townhalls.
• Promote health and wellbeing by organizing related initiatives & activities.
• Coordinate face-to-face talk sessions with various group of employees.
• Assist to provide the necessary advice to Company\xe2\x80\x99s social committees in implementation of various employee-related programs.
• Introduce new and maintain any channels/tools use for employee communication such as HR newsletters.
• Conducting employee engagement survey - solicit, gather, and analyze employees\xe2\x80\x99 feedback.
• Assignment of other HR-related tasks, initiatives as and when required.

Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin, and other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.

• Preferably at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the HR field especially regarding Employee Relations and familiarity with Industrial Relations.
• Excellent interpersonal especially social communication skills with a strong desire for people development.
• Result-oriented, initiative-driven, dynamic, energetic, and outgoing personality.
