Strong business partner to stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of human capital
Partner with line managers and leadership to provide HR advisory on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
Lead employee engagement, organizational culture, and learning & development initiatives.
Ensure smooth delivery of HR operations including contracts, letters, HRIS updates, and payroll coordination.
Industrial Relations (with Training Provided):
Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and employee counseling.
Learn to support Domestic Inquiries (DI) and compliance with labor regulations.
Receive guidance to develop skills in IR case management and labor office engagements.
Requirements
Degree in HR Management / Business Administration / related field.
Minimum 5-7 years' experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, ideally in a mid- to large-sized organization.
Strong HR generalist knowledge, with a keen interest in learning and developing IR expertise.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and resilient in handling people matters.
Able to start on short notice or immediate basis preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
