Job Description


We are looking for a skilled HR Personnel who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 To assist the store manager to ensure sufficient personnel for retail operations at store level. \xc2\xb7 To record own use, maintenance and operating expenses for the stores. \xc2\xb7 To process payroll system for respective outlet employees. \xc2\xb7 To maintain and update personnel and leave records at the store level. \xc2\xb7 To assist induction training for new personnel. \xc2\xb7 To assist in recruitment matters and arranging for interview appointments. \xc2\xb7 To assist the store manager in maintaining the maintenance schedule for equipment and machinery. \xc2\xb7 Create a good working environment and having good communication skills as well as good people management \xc2\xb7 Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager from time to time Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Preferred at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Human Resources & Administrative. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as HR officer, administratoror other HR position \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, training & development etc.) \xc2\xb7 Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus \xc2\xb7 Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude \xc2\xb7 Strong commitment and dedication, proactive, organized and able to complete tasks within stipulated deadline. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimum supervision \xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure \xc2\xb7 Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English. Location: G-Mart Tambunan Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,499.00 - RM1,500.00 per month Benefits:
