Clerk - Payroll (USISB)

Computing monthly payroll activities: Checking employees electronic time cards and overtime scoring forms to ensure accuracy of computation. Data entry of employee's individual wages. Preparation for salary (cash) payout. Recording and filing of employees Medical Leave, Socso Leave, Annual Leave, No-Pay Leave, Hospitalisation Leave, Absenteeism, Medical Receipts, man-power reports, overtime claim forms and etc. Preparing Employee Provident Fund and Social Security Organisation statutory deductions and its general correspondences. Preparation of claims such as medical claims, transport allowance and incentives. To up-date employees personal records

Requirement:

Minimum STPM / Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and at least 1 years of proven experience in the area of Payroll. Experience in the application of HR policies and procedures. Advanced knowledge of the payroll system (WinCom Payroll) Ability to work under pressure and prioritize the workload; Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail; Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; Able to work overtime Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage. Schedule Work : Monday to Friday Able to work at Meru, Klang

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
