Job Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Clerk to provide administrative support to our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR functions and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on HR experience within a leading retail company.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee personnel information. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates for our retail and corporate roles. Organize and maintain physical and digital personnel files in a confidential manner. Handle general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and preparing documents. Support the preparation of HR-related letters (e.g., offer letters) using standard templates. Assist in coordinating HR-related events or training sessions for our team members. Respond to basic employee queries or direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.

Requirements:



Currently pursuing or holds a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. A positive attitude and a genuine interest in the sports retail industry is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM11.00 - RM12.00 per hour
