The HR Coordinator supports the HR department in administrative tasks, coordination activities, and documentation to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and updating candidate records.
Maintain employee files, HR records, and HRIS data.
Prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfer, warning, etc.).
Coordinate onboarding arrangements including IT access, equipment, and orientation.
Assist in training arrangements: booking venues, preparing materials, attendance tracking.
Handle general HR administration (leave records, attendance updates, claim checking).
Support HR team in audits and compliance documentation.
Liaise with vendors (insurance, medical panel, uniform suppliers).
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR or related field.
Strong administrative and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and organised.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
