Client Background: Our client focus on advanced manufacturing solutions such as Additive Manufacturing, Automation & Industry 4.0 while maintaining their strong expertise in Precision Tooling, Machine Tools Trading & Sheet Metal Fabrication in Southeast Asia. Industry: Manufacturing Location: Puchong Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Responsibilities: . To process payroll for Singapore & Malaysia staff . To prepare Staff OT & Attendance report . To ensure compliance in Staff Leave & Appraisal . Responsible for Malaysia office Facility management . To maintain and update staff employment records . To support accounting functions for Malaysia operations such as claims processing, document reconciliation and assist Accounts Manager in year-end closing. . Other Ad Hoc duties in HR & accounting functions as assigned. Requirement . Good team player . Minimum diploma in Accounts/Finance/Business Administration . Able to communicate effectively to production staff in English & Mandarin(writing/spoken) . 2-5 years in HR or Accounts administration . Knowledge in accounting systems preferable . Independent & Good communicator . Organized & Meticulous
