Hr Cum Admin Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR cum Admin Assistant to support daily HR and administrative operations. This role involves handling employee records, assisting recruitment, managing documents and coordinating office tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain employee files, attendance and leave records. Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Prepare HR documents (letters, forms, memos). Handle general admin tasks: filing, documentation, office supplies, meeting arrangements. Manage all utilities bills for all premises (water, electricity, internet, etc.). Liaise with local authorities for licensing, renewals, compliance matters, and premise-related requirements. Support payroll data preparation and staff communication.

Requirements



Diploma in HR/Business Admin or related field. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
