Minimum 2-year experience in Human Resources or related profession.
Diploma or University degree with HR or business management background.
Deep understanding on employment and Labour Law in Malaysia.
Prefer Mandarin Speaker
Results oriented with \xe2\x80\x9chands on\xe2\x80\x9d approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good priority setting, time management and organising skills.
Initiative and team player, able to work independently.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office.
Tanggungjawab
Pro-actively support office and project sites with advice/solutions in regard to people management such as workforce planning, re-organization, recruitment, on-boarding of new employees, training, dismissals, and etc.
Manage employee documentation, contracts & letters, and also renewal of licenses held by the Company.
Manage accommodation & travel arrangement for all of the workers and staffs in the project sites.
Handle staff matters such as reviewing, evaluating & managing staff morale, grievance, staff activities and working environment.
Assist project managers for implementation of training plan for workers in project sites.
Handle HR administrative matters such as processing of the leave application forms, issuing the notice to the office staffs & project site workers, and others.
Need to go to the government offices to manage the foreign worker and staffs\' issues such as managing foreign worker\'s permit, submitting documents to the government official and others.
Conducting periodic site visit to monitor the working condition in the site and report to the management.
Performing any other HR & admin related matters if required, as per assigned by Account Manager.
