Good command of spoken & written of Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
Must possess at least a Degree in Human Resources Management / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Computer literate and proficient in Google Applications i.e G.Sheet, G.Doc, G.Slide & G.Form
Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player
Self-motivated, result oriented and a fast learner
Possess driving license and own transport
Salary will depend on related working experience, skills and qualification
TanggungjawabResponsible for administrative matters and part of human resources tasks, among others but not limited to :-
Handle part of human resources tasks i.e. full spectrum of recruitment process.
Responsible to monitor & check the attendance and e-leave in Worksy system every month for all departments.
Handle department / staff performance record.
Sourcing quotations, negotiation and ensure all purchased goods meet the specification requirements.
Actively participate in purchasing cost controls & cost-reduction activities.
Negotiate and obtain the lowest possible price with the requirement of quality, service and delivery on time frame
To perform any other duties as and when required by immediate superior.
