Minimum SPM, Diploma qualification or Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Management
Required language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, independent and result-oriented
High degree of analytical skills with good working knowledge of PC software applications
Able to start immediately / in short notice period is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist in matters pertaining to recruitment as well as other human resource administration functions.Administration:
Manage relationships with office management, external vendors and other service providers.
Oversee daily administrative operations related to office facilities.
Fully assist on day-to-day operation.
Human Resources:
Recruitment and selection activities - Assist in posting job openings and initial candidate screening.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Support daily HR operations and reports in accordance to HR policies and procedures
Assist in updating database and preparing reports
Organize induction program for new employees
Any ad-hoc HR / Admin assignments/events/activities
Team Collaboration- Collaborate with other departments.- Participate in cross-functional teams.Benefits
