Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Minimum 2-3 years\' work experience.Good written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fair understanding of Malaysian Employment Law i.e. Employment Act, SOCSO Act and EPF Act.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, with strong communications skills and eagerness to learn.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Own transport.
Preferable can start work immediately.
Responsibilities
Process staff payroll, monthly statutory contribution (ex: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, LEVY) & yearly statutory (ex: Form E, EA form).
Responsible for the recruitment cycle include but not limited to sourcing, screening, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
Handling employee queries to seeking support on HR processes, policies, etc.
Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files such as offer letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, warning letter etc.
To perform any other duties as instructed by the HR Manager & Management from time to time.
