Job Description


  • Minimum 1 year working experience in HR, administration or other related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Required Languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources.
  • Filter candidates resume.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical supporting.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Managing various administrative tasks, including general office management, monthly utility payments, purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment, stationery.
  • Assist in HR functions including employee leave management, recruitment and maintain employee relations.
  • Assist in special events, such as staff welfare, company activities, etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
