Job Description


Human Resources

  • Managing staff movements including recruitment, on-boarding, resignations, transfers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Handling staff grievances and disciplinary cases.
  • Organizing and managing staff engagement activities and company events.
  • Monitoring monthly employee leave and attendance records.
  • Working closely with finance to process monthly billing, claims and related payments.
Administration

  • Managing the administrative department, consisting of Receptionist, Dispatch, Cleaner and Security Guards.
  • Handling and monitoring office equipment and general office maintenance.
  • Liaise/dealing with government authorities (e.g. Immigration / JTK) for Visa/APEC/license application.
  • Purchasing and maintaining company stocks on stationaries and toiletries.
Others

  • Working closely with HQ for any HR related assignments.
  • Assisting with tasks assigned by the Management.
  • Handling ad-hoc requests as and when required.

; Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
