Lowongan Kerja Posisi HR cum Admin Manager di Magnificent Empire Sdn Bhd

DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Key Responsibilities * Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of The Top HRD.

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties of each team member.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process and delegating tasks to the responsible HR employee
• Managing the training and development programs across the business
• Liaise with all departments to provide feedback and analysis of department requirements in terms of staffing, structure and employee needs
• Perform counselling and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct investigation for any disciplinary issued including holding Domestic Inquiry if necessary.
• Review all the HR policy from time to time and submit proposal to the management for changes to ensure the policy is up to industry or statutory standards.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Provide sound HR advices to operation heads on procedures and processes related to HR Act.
• Take the initiative to suggest and work on improvement plans and policy to gear towards achieving and excelling set out targets.
• In charge of administrative matters related to The Top, these include tenancy agreements, leasing and purchasing.

Job Requirements: * A Degree in Human Resources or any other related field

• 3 or more years\' experience in a HR management role
• Sound knowledge of Labour Legislation, familiar with payroll processes and current labor practices.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage
• Willing to work on 5.5 days.
• Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem solving skills.
• Experience in leading and managing a team.

HISTORY
