Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resource in Manufacturing environment
Knowledge in InfoTech System will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Tanggungjawab
Handle and manage HRMS including Payroll, Leave/attendance Management by timely checking on daily attendance and report.
Manage the mobile application and follow up with relevant PIC on any pending application.
Handle Human Resource administrative, eg checking on subcon invoices and medical billing.
Handle recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements and conducting initial phone screening. Schedule interview and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate and oversee processes related to onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Coordinate and assist training sessions for employees as per yearly training plan.
Update and maintain proper filing such as training records, training evaluation, OJT and ISO documentation.
Handle incoming calls and reception support to receive walk in customer, supplier or enquiries.
Handling general administrative documentation such as monthly billing and invoices.
Ensure the cleanliness of the office and office equipment in working conditions.
Monitor the sundry and stationary stock is sufficient stocks.
Monitor uniform stock and issue PR when required.
Allocation of shoe locker key to employee and update record.
Arrangement of company vehicle for employee.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Carry out all other activities / assignment as and when required by the Manager.
