- Can work from home
- Should be based at melaka and able to come onsite when needed
- Candidates with F&B experience is an added advantage
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Full-time to assist our creative team in managing both finance and hr matters. Candidates with the following skills are encouraged to apply.
Finance :
- Should be able to support basic finance operations when and need
- Month end bank account and reconciliation
- Year end taxation preparation
- Setting company rules and policies
- Managing the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring
- Staff onboarding and exit
- Staff benefits and remunerations
- Processing staff claims, commission and payroll
- Coordinating office operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Compliance and communication with authorities such as kwsp, socso, hrdc, ssm, custom etc.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors and outsourced professional bodies
- Work from home
