Job Description


Full-time to assist our creative team in managing both finance and hr matters. Candidates with the following skills are encouraged to apply.

Finance :

  • Should be able to support basic finance operations when and need
  • Month end bank account and reconciliation
  • Year end taxation preparation
Human resource :
  • Setting company rules and policies
  • Managing the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring
  • Staff onboarding and exit
  • Staff benefits and remunerations
  • Processing staff claims, commission and payroll
  • Coordinating office operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Liaison:
  • Compliance and communication with authorities such as kwsp, socso, hrdc, ssm, custom etc.
  • Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors and outsourced professional bodies
