Job Description


We are seeking a visionary and dynamic HR Director to lead the transformation of our human resources function in Johor, Malaysia. This role is pivotal in driving cultural, operational, and strategic changes across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of implementing HR transformation initiatives and align talent strategies with business goals.HR Transformation & Strategy

  • Design and execute a comprehensive HR transformation roadmap to support organizational growth.
  • Modernize HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Organizational Development & Change Management
  • Lead change management efforts to embed transformation initiatives successfully.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and align the workforce with the company's mission and values.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Promote leadership development programs to cultivate a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
  • Oversee strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Develop retention strategies focusing on employee experience, career development, and rewards.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and global best practices.
  • Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Implement robust HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Career progression to take on a regional position. Good compensation & benefit package.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a transformation-focused role.
  • Proven experience in organizational change management and HR technology implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
