Candidate must possess at least Degree/Master in Human Resources or equivalent
Fresh graduate or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proficiency in computer use
Preferably able to speak Malay and English
Ability to work under tight timelines across multiple time zones and prioritize important/urgent task
Job Responsibilities:
To liaise with General Manager/Nursing Director in coordinating staff development and training, including identifying relevant courses for hospital employees.
To ensure that job descriptions are developed.
To be responsible for the recruitment, employment and disposal for all personnel.
To maintain personal files on all personnel.
To protect the reputation and integrity of staff through strict confidentiality.
To keep all files in an orderly manner and prepare filing system directions for other users.
To review and proof documents, records and forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance to applicable rules and regulations.
To collect and compile statistics/analysis of data and other information for inclusion into special and periodic reports.
To perform other job related duties as directed/requested by management from time to time.
