We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented individual to join the team as an HR Executive. This role is critical within the business to ensure that our team members feel supported, engaged and connected within the community at The Flexi Group.

You will work closely with and support the People team with all administration across various functions of human resources, with a key focus on onboarding, team files, team reviews and opportunities to be involved with corporate social responsibility, team engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of coming up with ideas and organising Flexi Group activities and work events to engage the team and boost morale.
  • Take part in country meetings to ensure you have a finger on the pulse of the team and business.
  • Build relationships with team members and escalate any issues that may impact the team, bring attention to the management team when recognition or specific conversations are required etc.
  • Assist with communicating bi-annual performance reviews.
  • Taking direction for the Senior People team to post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding the recruitment journey to ensure The Flexi Group\'s core values are represented from start to the end of the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, complete relevant paperwork, and deliver a positive, supportive, and exciting experience for candidates based on the direction given by the Senior People team.
  • Coordinate training programmed with team members.
  • take direction from the Senior people team and communicate and process all promotions, demotions, resignations, terminations and exit interviews alongside direct managers and the People team.
  • Support with updating the Team Handbook with policies and procedures as and when required.
  • Support with the roll out of company updates
  • Stay up to date with employment law in the countries you are supporting and take direction from the senior team.
  • Take direction and carry out day-to-day operations and duties of the People team.
  • Communicate insurance poilicy details to team members upon passing probation.
  • accurately update and maintain team records and files.
  • Support with accurately processing team expense claims following the payroll deadlines.
  • Assist with ensuring important and confidential documents are physically taken to governing bodies and offices when required, e.g. tax documents to the tax office.
  • Support with employee queries and requests and ensure questions are answered in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • HR software experience preferred
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Education in HR Management diploma/degree or related field preferred
  • Candidates with admin experience or recent graduates considered
  • Basic knowledge of Employment Law in relevant markets
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and adept at multitasking
  • Capable under pressure with a problem-solving approach
  • Basic computer skills with Excel knowledge
  • Accountable and comfortable in fast-paced settings
  • Previous exposure to coworking, real estate, or startups beneficial
