Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource or related fields.
Proficient in employment, labor laws, general HR policies & procedures.
Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words & other related softwares.
Excellent communication & public relation skills.
Aptitude in problem solving.
Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment process by posting job opening, screening resumes, scheduling interviews & conducting background checks.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Managing HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, compensations, benefits and other related HR responsibilities.
Attendance & leave administration.
Organise record & filing of all HR related files.
Ensure HR policies, procedures & practises are implemented according to Malaysia labor laws.
Provide support to Manager in SOP & KPI.
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
