Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function/People Framework which included Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Performance Management, Employee & Industrial Relation and Company Culture.
Manage day to day HR related inquiries and provide guidance to employees, questions ranging from inquiries over benefits.
Ensure all HR related policies and procedures are adhered to and align with the Group HR policies and procedure. Highlights for review and updates as and when required
Facilitate employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
Maintenance of internal database.
Perform all HR related ad-hoc duties from time to time or as per assigned.
In charge of payroll calculation and coordination.
Preparing HR reports required.
Update all leave reports.
To prepare appointment letters.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
Previous in E-Commerce/Digital Fields will be added advantages
Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently with less supervisory
Able to work under pressure & meet the deadline
Strong communication and presentation skills
Initiative, proactive & positive work attitude
Knowledge of local employment laws and government requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Good communication and negotiation skill
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
