Responsibilities \xef\x82\xa7 To assist with all office administrative work including co-ordinate and administrate the affairs of the department. \xef\x82\xa7 To assist with HR related issues such as recruitment, induction and on boarding, foreign employment, HR policy and manual, attendance and leave records, performance management, employee engagement, workface management, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, employee motivation, workers camp and etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare monthly administration and human resources report \xef\x82\xa7 Assist in documentation and monitoring of filling and records \xef\x82\xa7 Design, manage and update company\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media. Qualifications and Experience Requirements \xef\x82\xa7 Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration; Human Resources Management. \xef\x82\xa7 Minimum 3 years working experience in office administrative and HR related job environment \xef\x82\xa7 Good communication and organizational ability. \xef\x82\xa7 In depth understanding of rules and regulation such as Employment Act; SOCSO and EPF requirements; Road Transport Rules; Labour Law etc \xef\x82\xa7 Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia Interested candidates are invited to send us a detailed resume via email to hr.pc@paling.net
