Job Description

1. To assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. 2. Responsible in general HR & Administrative task and and ensure all documents proper storage and filling (Payroll, HR Memo, policies, forms relating to HR Function) 3. To assist in planning HR strategic directions (talent recruitment, retaining, development and staff benefits). 4. Recruitment - To coordinate communication with candidates, scheduled interviews and all correspondence in relation to recruitment activities and respond to unsuccessful candidates for job applications. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, including but not limited grievances, complaints, and conflicts. 6. Investigate employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on appropriate courses of action. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to employee relations. 8. Training & development - work with managers to develop suitable employee training and development programs. 9. Aiding and contributing to the success of the company by constructing and measuring employees\xe2\x80\x99 performance (eg. KPIs). Candidate requirements 1. Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to employee relations. 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolutions skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability maintains confidentially and exercise good judgement. 7. Excel in writing and speaking skills (English and Malay) 8.
