  • Develop and implement executive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company\'s strategic objectives and support the retention and motivation of top talent.
  • Conduct market research and bench-marking to ensure that our executive compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, legal, finance, and executive leadership, to design and implement effective programs.
  • Manage the administration of executive compensation and benefits programs, including equity plans, deferred compensation, and executive perquisites.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to executive compensation and benefits programs, including gov regulations and tax laws.
  • Provide guidance and support to executive leadership on compensation and benefits-related matters, including offer letters, employment contracts, and executive separations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, including executive compensation consultants and benefits providers.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
