Develop and implement executive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company\'s strategic objectives and support the retention and motivation of top talent.
Conduct market research and bench-marking to ensure that our executive compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, legal, finance, and executive leadership, to design and implement effective programs.
Manage the administration of executive compensation and benefits programs, including equity plans, deferred compensation, and executive perquisites.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to executive compensation and benefits programs, including gov regulations and tax laws.
Provide guidance and support to executive leadership on compensation and benefits-related matters, including offer letters, employment contracts, and executive separations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, including executive compensation consultants and benefits providers.
