Coordinating and administer recruitment process including foreign worker related matters and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes of workers arrival, inductions and placement.
Responsible to do due diligence of Recruitment Agencies overseas to ensure they comply with GENP recruitment guideline and policy on migrant labour and ethical practices as prescribed by regulatory bodies and governing laws of source country and Malaysia.
Responsible to maintain, organize and update documents for a business such as company policy, recruitment agreement, employment contract, etc.
Responsible to ensure all documents related to Recruitment (Foreign Workers) are updated, review on time as in-line with any changes in local law or government policy
Arrangement to share procedure/policy with relevant Operating Units to latest version and implementation at Operating Units
Assist in recruitment process i.e. coordinating the recruitment process including tender process, briefing& selection of foreign workers at source country
Coordinating and administer foreign worker related matters and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes including assist on the workers arrival clearance at Airport, Orientation Briefing at operating units and placement
Travel to all Operating Units located at West Malaysia, East Malaysia, oversea, Airport, Immigration, embassies etc. subject to case by case.
Responsible to coordinating the recruitment process including presenting the interview session at source country by liaising recruitment agency to ensure it is according to the company requirements.
Responsible to apply Calling Visa application (FWCMS) and prepare payment related to calling visa and recruitment agency payments
Responsible to update and monitoring/follow-up foreign workers accident with Operating Units (Perkeso)
Maintain record for Calling Visa database such as arrival, pending arrival, payment to agent and proper filing all the documentations
Requirements
:
Proficient in both English and Malay
Graduated with Degree in Business Administration/ HR Management
Above 2-5 years of migrant labour experience in Manufacturing/ Plantation/ Hotel industry (expertise in doing recruitment of workers level or mass recruitment including handle new & renewal application of foreign workers)
ISO and administration experience will be advantages
Active, mobile; can travel at short notice, work independently and able to work at odd hours to clear workers arrival at airport
Must have an experience in HR documentations and force labour compliance
