Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill

ResponsibilitiesThe Mission You Will Take on - What You Will Do
Utilise various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback
Respond to candidate inquiries, foster transparency and build a favourable perception of the organisation
Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date candidate information within ATS
Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organisational efforts
Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements
Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction
Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation
Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation
Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations
