Job Responsibilities: HR Daily Operations
  • Daily Attendance \xe2\x80\x93 Handling of the Time Attendance system to ensure all employees are at work, for latecomers or absent employees.
  • Churning out attendance report to support the Replacement Leave for employees.
  • To assist the HR Manager with leave-related issues.
  • Generate the attendance and leave reports for Management and staff daily.
  • Manage the employee leave and time attendance record via e-leave system.
  • Provide a monthly leave summary report to each department head at the beginning of each month.
  • To follow up on cases of absenteeism and late attendance.
Insurance
  • Liaison with insurance brokers or service providers on all insurance-related issues.
  • To update the insurance broker on new joiner and resignee via e-mail.
  • To process medical claims reimbursement for employees by submitting a claim form to the insurance company.
  • To prepare a monthly medical report to the Finance Department.
Other HR Related Matters
  • Maintaining employee\xe2\x80\x99s personal files and records (changes to any employee details, remuneration package, etc).
  • Building relationships and to be the main point of contact between the company and recruitment partners.
  • Supporting in posting ads whenever there is a job vacancy in the company through various job portals.
  • Contacting applicants and coordinating interviews.
  • Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs.
  • Involve and assist in coordinating the company events such as annual dinner, company incentive trip, etc.
  • To assist with Employment Passes / Work Permits related matters.
  • To assist with Foreign Employees and all Visiting Employees.
  • Manages a variety of administrative tasks that are primarily related to personnel.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
  • Assist in circulation on personal administrative procedures and policies.
  • To communicate with company vendors about all HR-related issues.
  • Work with immigration consultants to renew Employment Passes / Work Permits.
Requirements:
  • To quality/thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will be degree qualified with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
  • Committed with positive work attitude.
  • Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills in managing all stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws will be an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Gmail and having IT skill.
  • Knowledge of HRIS/HRMS is required.
  • Cultivating a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
