\xc2\xb7 To assist HR Manager in handling HR daily operations such as manpower planning, recruitment, disciplinary matters, training arrangement and general affairs. \xc2\xb7 To prepare HR-related letters and notices (Letter of Appointment, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters/ notices). \xc2\xb7 To assist in updating and maintaining of HRIS & leave system. \xc2\xb7 To update and prepare HR monthly reports/ statistics. \xc2\xb7 To update Staff Monthly Claims, Overtime, staff work schedule etc. \xc2\xb7 Arrange training and HRDcorp registration for all employees. \xc2\xb7 To assist and manage foreign workers-related issues, grievances, disputes, complaints and hostel arrangements. \xc2\xb7 To assist and handle the company\xe2\x80\x99s general affairs, safety and health documentation and system updating. \xc2\xb7 To coordinate with IT vendors to update and solve IT matters. \xc2\xb7 Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior. REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Candidate possesses SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR system will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Able to command in English and Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Able to multi-task, be independent as well as be a good team player. \xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates may also be considered for this position or as HR Officer.
