Job Description


Job scope:

  • Conduct talent acquisition which involves advertising job openings, screening and reviewing of candidates and arranging interviews for respective HOD.
  • Create s for various roles in the company
  • Responsible for onboarding process of new employees which includes orientation training.
  • Access the training needs and coordinate with the company trainer for training and development for employees.
  • Create and maintain employee personal files
  • Plan and propose employee benefits package
  • Execute yearly employees\xe2\x80\x99 performance review process
  • Operate the day-to-day operations of the department
  • Ensure that employees comply with company policies
  • Liaise with safety department to conduct regular drug test to all employees
  • Conduct random spot checks on employees in accordance with company policy.
  • To ensure accuracy and timely execution of salary payment and statutory payment.
  • Monitor daily employee\'s attendance and act accordingly.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including counselling, disciplinary action, termination, conflict resolution and grievance management.
  • Responsible and liaise with company insurance agent for Group Personal Accident claims.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR related roles
  • Proven of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in recruitment and payroll
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with the ability to captivate audiences and convey a compelling message
  • Familiarity with latest employment act
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
