-To support recruitment process and coordinate all hiring process including update of recruitment data.
-Responsible for staff readiness to work at site including uniform, safety shoes, staff ID etc.
-To record staffs database in HR System & personal data and update from time to time. All the data shall keep P&C.
-Process leave application (Annual, Emergency & Medical) and record staff leave according to company policies (Business Operating Document)
-To conduct Staff Confirmation including appraisal, Review of , performance & salary.
-Staff Development program & training (softskill & technical)
-To monitor staff benefits & welfares (gift, SOCSO claims, donation) in according to company\'s provision.
-In charge of disciplinary action for problematic staffs, counseling procedures or undertake necessary investigation.
-To arrange staffs travel including air-ticket, hotel and local transportation at cost effective manner
-To manage company vehicles, and ensure its\' good condition to support staffs travel / daily operation.
