Job Scopes:

  • Handle industrial relations issues and disputes.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, unions, and government agencies.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
  • Facilitate performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Provide advice and guidance to management on IR and ER matters.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits trends to recommend program improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
