Client Background : Manufacturing Industry : Manufacturing Location: Johor Bahru, Johor Headcount: 1 Position Title: HR Executive Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM4,000 Responsibilities .Compile Traning Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all level of staff. .Carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness. .Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs. .Organise and assist in talent development projects and activities. .Monitor and report on HRDF matters. .Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing. Requirement .Fully in-charge of training. .Experience do in-house / Public and Matrix process training. .Experience handling FW and Expatriate. .Diploma or degree.
