Ensure overall HR follow Company Policy and Procedures.
Responsible recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers to understand organizational needs.
Prepare job offer letter, appointment letter and relevant documents for new employee.
Coordinate and monitor Training & Development programs and employee engagement activities.
To process payroll in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance to local legislation.
Prepare and maintain monthly report for management.
Create and update employees personal file, to verify the document of newly joined employees and input employees\' detail in the system and notifying Payroll.
Liaise with relevant government bodies regarding the monthly statutory submissions.
Liaise with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
Reporting to senior management about personnel issues, including recruiting new staff and implementing new policies.
And any Ad hoc tasks which are assigned by the Management.
