Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in HR management.
• Familiar with all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
• Communication and coordination skills to effectively handle employee relations matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
• Good written and spoken proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure the company\'s HR needs in the B2B gold trading and precious item transportation business are met.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance evaluation, promotion, and offboarding, ensuring effective execution of company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee information.
• Manage employee relations, handle complaints and conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employees\' skills and professional levels.
• Assist in the preparation and management of the HR budget, controlling HR costs.
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations, handling related labor relations matters.
• Participate in the development and optimization of the company\'s HR policies and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR management.
