- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and IR will be an added advantage
- Handle Recruitment and Learning & Development.
- Create job descriptions for various roles through collaboration with Line Managers.
- Handle the complete hiring process including communicating with hiring manager.
- Advertise job openings on various job platforms.
- Monitor training evaluation reports and HRD funds.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all managers and employees adhere to HR policies.
- Educate employees continually on HR policies.
