Responsibility: \xc2\xb7 Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions, such as recruiting, selection, training, attendance&performance management, compensation and benefits administration etc. \xc2\xb7 Handle on-boarding and off-boarding activities; \xc2\xb7 Preparation of HR reports; \xc2\xb7 Assist in Payroll processing; \xc2\xb7 Assist with any HR documentation when required (Letters, Contracts etc.) \xc2\xb7 Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management. Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent; \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year related work experience; \xc2\xb7 Ability to take initiatives and be independent; \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; \xc2\xb7 Able to build productive partnerships with internal people; \xc2\xb7 Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in relation to work.
