Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from creating the job description, posting the job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing to on-boarding the new hires.

Managing an efficient system for personnel files to ensure the employee database is updated in a timely manner.
Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure all statutory submissions and payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
Work closely with the department heads to understand the employee training needs and managing the training administration and grant application.
Review and streamline the HR processes and policy for continuous improvement.
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with local Labor Laws and related statutory requirements.
Plan and to monitor people development activities to meet employee competency & development objective.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or any equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling foreign worker management.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Able to work under minimal supervision and cooperative (Work in a team).
