Job description:

  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from creating the job description, posting the job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing to on-boarding the new hires.
  • Highly experienced regarding recruitment, performance evaluation, payroll, rewards and benefits
  • Managing an efficient system for personnel files to ensure the employee database is updated in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure all statutory submissions and payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with the department heads to understand the employee training needs and managing the training administration and grant application.
  • Review and streamline the HR processes and policy for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with local Labor Laws and related statutory requirements.
  • Plan and to monitor people development activities to meet employee competency & development objective.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or any equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling foreign worker management.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and cooperative (Work in a team).
  • Highly experienced regarding recruitment, performance evaluation, payroll, rewards and benefits
  • Solid communication skills to communicate up to management and down to all levels of current employees with convincing, caring and believable.
  • Very responsible to handle discrete and ethical and Able to handle conflict management and come out with the best problem solving.
