1) Ensure legal compliance (i.e., employment laws and regulations) throughout human resource management in compliance. 2) Assist in implementation and enforcement of HR strategies and initiatives. 3) Responsible to cultivate a supportive and health employee relation. 4) Responsible to monitor and improve the employees working performance and attendance. 5) Administer the recruitment of staff, managing documentation (employment pass) for staff. 6) Assist in registration and orientation of new employees, local and expatriates (e.g., staff uniform, handbook, medical card, airport transfer, accommodation, etc.). 7) Assist in coordination of recruitment process 8) Monitoring staff medical leaves and liaison with panel clinic/hospitals on documentation and processing claims. 9) Maintenance of staff record and filling. 10) Monitoring budget, ordering, recording and administer of office stationery 11) Responsible for day-to-day office administrative and support staff arrangement (e.g., meeting, activities, grievous matters, etc.)
