Job Description
ABOUT THE JOBResponsible for HR Generalist tasks and ensure smooth HR operations, reporting to GM. Willing to work at Kapar, Klang. Working 5 days/week.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Coordinate in recruitment activities.
- Handling employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions in accordance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement and morale.
- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Supporting career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
- Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Managing HR records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Handling payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Possess Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR filed.
- Able to work independently.
