Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources (HR), preferably in the logistics industry.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and a solid understanding of Labour Laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Human Resource Management Systems.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player, with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Tanggungjawab
Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
Compile and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).
Handle manpower planning, including: Recruitment processes such as job postings, pre-screening resumes, arranging interviews, and other related tasks. Managing employee resignations.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits to ensure: Timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, remittance of statutory contributions such as EPF, EIS, SOCSO, and Income Tax, compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
Manage leave and attendance by checking staff attendance and resolving discrepancies.
Address employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
Communicate with public services when necessary.
Handle complaints and grievance procedures appropriately.
Conduct initial orientations for newly hired employees.
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Safeguard employee personal information and ensure proper documentation and secure storage of payroll documents and employee files.
Perform administrative tasks, including: Business license applications and renewals, upkeep of office equipment and proper housekeeping.
Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by Management.
Manage the entire process of foreign employment permit applications and renewal procedures.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations governing the employment of foreign workers.
Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and relevant authorities to process work permits and visas.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to foreign workers' employment status and permits.
