Job Description


This role involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation, employee relations, and training, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.Support Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Assist with the recruitment process and ensure alignment with staffing needs.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment roadshows to attract top talent.
  • Support the recruitment strategy by handling internal reporting and managing headcount.
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage offboarding procedures for exiting employees.
Training & Development Planning
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee training programs for employees.
  • Maintain training records and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits, HR Policy Maintenance
  • Administer payroll and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and manage existing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee benefits, including insurance and medical claims.
Employee Engagement & Inquiries
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee engagement and inquiries.
  • Foster a positive work environment by driving employee satisfaction initiatives.
Safety Regulations
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure safety training programs are conducted and safety standards are met.
  • Monitor and minimize workplace hazards to reduce accidents and injuries.
Organizational Chart & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain the company's organizational chart.
  • Provide regular reports on key personnel metrics, such as sick leave, headcount, and staffing levels.
Management Meetings
  • Attend and participate in weekly management meetings to contribute HR insights and updates.
Acting HR Manager Responsibilities
  • Step in as the acting HR Manager during their absence.
  • Take on additional tasks as required by the HR Manager or General Manager.
HR Expertise and Career DevelopmentCommitment to Employee Development and EngagementA successful HR Executive should have:
  • A degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
