Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by recognizing and addressing employee needs. Collaborate with department heads to develop training programs.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation and ensure smooth integration into the company. Oversee performance management processes, assisting managers in providing constructive feedback and setting goals.
Administrate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and annual reviews. Monitor and manage employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives.
Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights on HR trends and metrics.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance HR processes and practices.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Experienced with HR operations and payroll processing.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data entry & calculations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues.
Good ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment standards.
Proficient in using payroll software and HRIS, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
