Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling discipline and grievance cases
  • Plan, manage and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with the company directions and Malaysian regulation
  • Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of Company\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulation and policies
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
  • Social responsibilities management
  • Employees training and development
Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Art in Human Resource or Business Studies / Administration / Management or other relevant discipline are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and interaction skill
  • Good analytical skill, planning and organizing skill
  • Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility
  • Comfortable working in a highly visible role
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable
  • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
  • Have strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and practice, Statutory requirement and other related legislation.
  • Knowlege in RBA requirement is an added advantage.
  • Disciplined and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet searching and etc.)
