Job Responsibilities: As an HR Executive at Al-Hamra Integrated School, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of human resources within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure the timely filling of vacancies with qualified candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation programs, explaining company policies and procedures, and assisting with necessary paperwork.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns, promoting a healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements. Communicate policies to employees and provide guidance on their implementation.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and attendance tracking. Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,400.00 - RM3,300.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
